Many newborns cluster feed, especially in the evenings. This is normal and helps your baby build a sense of security before nighttime. It also increases prolactin, the hormone that stimulates milk production, so your body can make more milk for the next day. It does not mean you have “too little milk” — your baby is communicating their needs.
🌿 Alma’s tips
• Keep evenings calm — you may be feeding more often.
• Drink and rest while feeding if you can.
• Remember: cluster feeding boosts milk supply — it’s clever, not a problem.
