Many expectant parents worry when they don’t feel any clear pregnancy symptoms. This is completely normal. Every body reacts differently to pregnancy. Some feel nauseous as early as week 4, while others barely notice any changes. It doesn’t mean anything is wrong — hormones affect people in very individual ways, and some pregnancies are symptom-free early on.

For many, symptoms appear gradually: tiredness, tender breasts, changes in taste or smell. Others feel perfectly fine. What matters most is that your pregnancy is monitored as planned — through midwife visits and ultrasound checks.

Feeling worried is also natural, especially if you’ve waited a long time to get pregnant or had a difficult start. Remind yourself that every body follows its own rhythm, and the absence of symptoms can be completely normal.

Alma’s tips:

  • • Bodies react differently — avoid comparing yourself to others.

  • • Trust medical checkups more than symptoms.

  • • Talk to your midwife if worry starts taking over.
